MTV Video Music Awards 2014: Nominations ed esibizioni previste

Mancano soltanto 10 giorni all'edizione 2014 dei VMA ed è giunto il momento di fare il punto su quello che ci aspetterà durante la serata.


L'anno passato la regina incontrastata fu Miley Cyrus che con la sua scandalosa esibizione mise in secondo piano le performance di Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars e compagnia varia..
Quest'anno i nomi che troviamo sono totalmente differenti. Le sopra citate sono tutte impegnate nei rispettivi Tour mondiali ed il palco sarà calcato da molti nomi nuovi.
In prima linea troviamo Iggy Azalea e Ariana Grande, le rivelazioni dell'anno. La prima sarà accompagnata da Rita Ora per la canzone Black Widow mentre la seconda canterà il nuovo singolo Break Free. Per la prima volta sul palco anche i 5 Seconds of Summer.
Nicki Minaj potrebbe rubare la scena con un' Anaconda dal grande potenziale mentre Taylor Swift presenterà il suo nuovo inedito in anteprima mondiale.
Presenti anche i Maroon 5 e Usher, entrambi spinti dall'ultima edizione di The Voice pronti al lancio dei nuovi album.
Non dimentichiamo poi Jessie J che canterà dal vivo la sua Bang Bang in compagnia di Ariana Grande e Nicki Minaj.

L'esibizione più attesa è però quella di Beyoncé. La cantante sarà omaggiata con il Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award e per l'occasione delizierà il pubblico con un'esibizione eccezionale di cui ancora non si sa niente.

Per quanto riguarda le nominations, a dominare sono state Beyoncè ( con 8 candidature ) seguita da Eminem e Iggy Azalea con 7 nominations. Nominati anche Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Pharrell Williams, Sia, Lorde e molti altri.
Tra quelli rimasti a bocca asciutta annoveriamo Lady Gaga, One Directions, Demi Lovato e Justin Biebr.
